America's Next Top Celebrity Neighbor

Who knew that Tim Tebow would be America's top pick for 2012 to have as a celebrity next door neighbor? While I can say I would be happy to have him, it would be more to watch him do yard work with no shirt on than for his polite manners. America voted the least desirable celebrity neighbors as the cast of Jersey Shore. Well, growing up in New York, I have to say that most of my neighbors and classmates were like them... so it all works out! ;)

Epic Season Finale of Dexter!

Although I will not be a spoiler, I must say I totally called that ending! Watching the show made me look more into Dexter's digs, especially since he bought the apartment next to him for Harrison. Wanna be Dexter's neighbor?

'Tis the Season!

Guy and I went to look at Christmas lights in Mesa- W. Natal Circle to be exact. Let's just say that Arizona doesn't need snow to have some of the most kick ass light shows around. This entire street was blocked off and at the end they have a 20+ person choir singing to the mobs of people looking at lights. If you do go check it out make sure you look at the resident's garages..they have all been converted to sports bars.

A Christmas Miracle!

Just when you thought life in Phoenix couldn't get much sweeter...the Coach Outlet in Anthem has officially arrived! The gentleman in the above picture is clearly one of Santa's helpers in his fine leather handbag shop working steadily 'til Christmas day. Hopefully, Santa will have deemed me "nice" this year and bring me a beautifully crafted "Madison Patent Lindsay Satchel" in plum! God bless us, everyone!

Pet Friendly Rentals- A Landlord's Strongest Asset

The faster you find a renter, the less money you have to put from your own pocket into an investment that should be MAKING YOU MONEY.  There truly is nothing a dog (regardless of breed) can do to a home that can't be replaced quickly and for the most part- inexpensively.
Giuseppe and Enzo have ruined many a things in their day- shoes, curtains, carpets, and our couch. Plus their incessant digging problem and the chewing of shrubs. Carpets can be cleaned. Couches can be shampooed. Holes can be filled and shrubs can be returned to the store within one year with the receipt.
Get references, trust in the safety net of the security deposit, and get more focused on cashing those rent checks!
